Ordering last-minute catering can be a stressful experience, but with some planning and foresight, you can avoid the pitfalls of last-minute orders. Here's how not to order last-minute catering:

1. Plan Ahead: The best way to avoid last-minute catering is to plan well in advance. Try to place your catering order at least a week or two before your event, especially for larger gatherings. For weddings and groups over 100 at least 2 months is key on coveted weekend dates. We are booking into 2025!
   
2. Know Your Event Details: Be clear about the date, time, location, and number of guests attending. Providing accurate information upfront helps the catering service plan accordingly.
   
3. Menu Selection: Decide on the menu early on and consult with the catering company about your preferences. Make sure to consider dietary restrictions and preferences of your guests. We can guide you through a great menu!
   
4. Budget Planning: Determine your budget and discuss it with the catering company. 
   
5. Follow-Up and Confirm: As the event date approaches, reach out to the catering company to confirm all details. This includes the timeline, setup, and any special requirements.
