I'd like a quote

We get these emails and calls everyday.... in my head I think "do you want eggs or prime rib??" and it makes me smile a little bit.  Our website is robust with catering options, but we can and routinely go off menu. At Doorstep Diner Catering we can make anything you like, but I need to know what that is to give an accurate quote. 

Typically I'll ask for a phone number and give you mine so I can get what I need to do the quote justice and help you.  This below is roughly what I will ask so I understand what you want me to cater.

6. Service Style: Will it be a buffet, plated dinner, family-style, or something else?
7. Additional Services: Do you need any additional services such as staffing, equipment rentals, or decorations?
